Pale Ale - Leva 2

This document provides the recipe and process for an English pale ale with an original gravity of 1.047 SG. The grain bill includes 2,000 kg of Pilsner malt, 1,500 kg of pale ale malt, 500 kg of Vienna malt, 200 kg of Munich malt, 100 kg of Cara 120, and 60 kg of chocolate malt.
