Day 20 - Companion

This document contains Psalm 23:5 from several bible translations and a note about applying it to bullying situations in schools. It encourages Christian educators to stand boldly on the promise that God will prepare a table before them even in the presence of enemies and fill their cup so that it overflows. Living out this verse contagiously will lead others to inquire about the peace and assurance it provides. It concludes with a prayer request, quote, and hashtag supporting Christian educators.

Note to the educator

Want the solution to bullying? It is Ps. 23:5! If Christians young and old really believed this
verse, we would stand bold on this incredible promise. As a Christian educator in the public
schools, we cannot teach this Psalm devotionally, but when we live it out in our lives others will

want to know what we have. Being a contagious Christian is appealing. Even our enemies will
wonder what we have and will want a part of that kind of peace. We are a people who trust the
Lord for each day in our public schools!
