JOB DESCRIPTION OF A TREASURY SUPERVISOR
Responsible and accountable for the operations of the cage activities during a shift. Follows cage policies
and procedures, ensures Cashiers follow same procedures. Interface with other departments. Handle
customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Balance the float with the outgoing Supervisor.
• Balance the petty cash float with the outgoing Supervisor.
• Email the preliminary figures to the corresponding recipients.
• Email the preliminary cash position to the corresponding recipients.
• Assists the Teller/Cashier to count daily tip.
• Proceed to Soft Count Room to monitor the Bill Stacker Count. Inform the Superior or Slot
Tech. Supervisor if there’s any variance.
• Collects the Daily Income and Revenue share.
• Disburse the corresponding Revenue share for the day. To be distributed to the following
recipients. Casablanca, CDC and Pagcor. (All collected by Main Casa Cage)
• Email the Final Cash Position to the corresponding recipients.
• Email the scanned copy of the Bill Stacker count to the corresponding recipient.
• Sort the cash of the float and vault if time permits.
• Check/monitor the cash float of the cashier/teller.
• If there’s a need, reprint the payout receipt.
• Assist or monitor the payouts of the cashier/teller and make sure that the amounts released
are correct.
• Shortage or excess to the float of the cashier, double check and re-count teller’s cash float.
If there’s any variance, (positive or negative), call and inform the Surveillance Dept. to check
and verify the variance. After verification from Surveillance Dept. If short payment to the
player (Excess in cash float) – return the amount to the corresponding player if present. If
not, safe keep the amount for safekeeping.
• If overpayment to the player (Shortage in cash float)- after thorough inspection from the
Surveillance Dept. Teller/cashier must return the exact shortage to the float.
• Monitor the quantity of the cash (Bills or Coins) and request to the Superior for the need if
there’s any.
• Balance the Back up Funds and Vault and close the Day shift.
• Print the report (Main Bank Control Sheet) to be distributed to the following recipients.
Main Casa Cage, Finance Dept. and Pagcor.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the area for the incoming Treasury Supervisor.
