3. That now the petitioner/Respondent wants to get adjourned the above noted
case for next reasonable date of hearing.
4. That if the application is not accepted, the petitioner will suffer an irreparable
loss.

In the above-mentioned circumstances, it is most humbly prayed that the instant


application may kindly be accepted and adjourn the above titled suit for any other
