Machine Maintenance - Every 250 Hrs
Every 250 hours, the following maintenance must be carried out to ensure the best
performance and least possible breakdowns from your machine.
1. Follow maintenance instructions laid out in engine manufacturers handbook.
2. Inspect condition of conveyor belt and tracking.
3. Inspect and adjust belt scrapers.
4. Inspect and adjust wear rubbers.
5. Inspect condition and tension of screen mesh.
6. Inspect condition of all belt drums.
7. Check for hydraulic leaks on pipes.

Every 500 hours, the following maintenance must be carried out:
1. Follow maintenance instructions laid out in engine manufacturers
handbook.
2. Carry out 250 hour maintenance schedule.
3. Replace hydraulic air tank breather. (HF4003)

5. Check hopper conveyor gearbox oil VG150 .
