1. To prepare college students for
possible service in the defense
establishment in the event of
emergency.
2. To train and develop the ROTC
Cadets as future enlisted reservist.
3. To inculcate in the youth the spirit
of patriotism and nationalism.
4. To prepare the youth for the vital
role in the nation-building.
5. To develop and promote the
physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual
and social well-being of the youth.
6. To train and develop youth as
potential community leaders.
7. To develop civic consciousness and
good citizenship among the youth.
