introduction

Good day, everyone!

In this presentation, we will be exploring the

popular Microsoft PowerPoint software. PowerPoint
is a powerful tool that has revolutionized the way
we communicate visually during meetings,
seminars or conferences. With effective slides and
clear content, it has become an essential part of any
presentation.
What is MS PowerPoint:

created in 1987 by Robert Gaskins and

Dennis Austin. It is powerful presentation
software which allows the user to create
transitional slides, each of which has its own
content. The slides can then be presented in a
cohesive show together. Each slide can be
edited and formatted separately, or cohesively
as a group. This software is generally used to
provide visual cues and images that coincide
with an oral presentation given by a
speaker/presenter. However, it can also be
used for traditional slideshow applications.
