Problem Statement
People around the world are in an unstoppable need to move around. We need to get to new
destinations, goods need to be delivered, and services have to be completed. There are multiple
factors that affect the ease of mobility from infrastructure as bridges and paved streets to
different types of transportations used.
➔ How might we create a sustainable mobility design using Aluminum as a core
component?
Empathize
Based on the provided problem statement and source image, empathize with the sustainable mobility situation.
➔ Do appropriate research and data collection to build an Empathy Map on a chosen
user/situation related to the theme following the below example.

TASK: Empathize based on the provided images.
Empathize
Sustainable mobility refers to transportation practices
that minimize negative environmental, social, and
economic impacts. sustainable mobility can be
represented through various applications like: public
transportation, carpooling, infrastructure investment,
urban planning, and pedestrian zones.

BMW i Vision Circular car is an iconic example of a
sustainable future car that is made with minimal
use of materials. The use of recycled materials,
ease to disassemble and refurbish, and the
possibility of being 100% recycled in the future
make the BMW i Vision Circular car a remarkable
example of sustainable mobility.
