Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Have 5+ years of experience in Full stack development, including Java/J2EE and front end technologies like Angular, Java Script, CSS, and HTML - Possess 5+ years of experience working with Java frameworks such as Spring, SpringBoot, and Hibernate - Be proficient in Angular concepts and libraries like State Management, Redux framework, RxJS, NgRx, and Angular Material - Provide technical feasibility using a range of coding methods and adhere to coding standards to ensure consistent style and format - Ensure systems are high in code and component quality, easily modifiable to support future requirements with limited guidance - Perform impact assessments relating to people, processes, or technology, and estimate user stories using relative sizing of story points - Support implementation activities, troubleshoot user/system environmental issues, and provide training as required - Execute Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) to build quality code - Participate in key ceremonies to drive execution, improve flow, and ensure transparency - Actively participate in Agile Dev Team Member Community of Practice (CoP) and contribute innovative ideas to improve processes - Be part of an agile team, delivering work assigned with high standards while adhering to coding standards - Understand customers" processes and products and how they fit within the goals of the business unit - Support the implementation activities, troubleshooting system environmental issues, and providing training as required - Specify/Recommend Integration and Parallel testing criteria You will need to meet the following qualifications: - Work Experience in This Field: Minimum Required - 5 years - English Proficiency: Minimum Required - Fluent - Required Education: Minimum Required - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science - Other Critical Skills: - Demonstrates ongoing desire for continuous improvement and building knowledge in area of expertise - Strong verbal communication and listening skills - Excellent collaboration and team building skills - Demonstrates problem-solving skills - Has a solid understanding of business processes and products across multiple business units Software/Tool Skills: - Intermediate knowledge in Angular concepts and libraries like State Management, Redux framework, RxJS, NgRx, Angular Material - Advanced experience working with Java frameworks like Spring, SpringBoot, and Hibernate About Capgemini: Capgemini is a global leader in partnering with companies to transform and manage their business through technology.
