Job Description
As an experienced and detail-oriented professional, you will oversee the organization's accounting, finance, and compliance functions. Your responsibilities will include managing financial planning, reporting, taxation, budgeting, and audits to ensure adherence to statutory regulations. Your strong analytical ability, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in accounts finalization, GST, TDS, and overall financial management will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Handle day-to-day accounting operations, billing, and invoice management. - Prepare and generate E-way bills and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. - Manage GST returns filing (monthly/quarterly/annual) and support in GST reconciliations. - Assist in import documentation including Letter of Credit (LC), Bill of Entry, and other customs-related paperwork. - Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and CHA (Customs House Agent) for custom clearance of imported goods. - Support statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits with required data and documentation. - Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports. - Provide support in MIS reporting and financial analysis as required. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting. - 7-10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST laws, and compliance requirements. - Hands-on experience in billing, e-way bills, GST returns filing, and reconciliation. - Good understanding of the import process, shipping documents, and custom clearance procedures. - Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP or similar) and MS Excel. - Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines. - Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
