Job Description
As a Logistics and Shipping Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing domestic and international shipments to the US and Europe markets. Job Description
As an experienced Customs Agent with a valid CB/CHA Licence, your role will involve leading end-to-end customs clearance, classification, and compliance for high-value technology shipments such as AI/HPC servers, GPUs, depth cameras, robotics, and electronics. You will be responsible for owning Bill of Entry/Shipping Bill filings on ICEGATE, ensuring 100% regulatory compliance, and driving fast, predictable clearances across sea, air, CFS/ICD, SEZ/FTWZ, and courier modes. Key Responsibilities: - File Bill of Entry / Shipping Bill (ICEGATE/EDI) and manage RMS, assessment, examination, and OOC/LEO. - Prepare and validate HSN classification, valuation, notifications/exemptions, license usage (EPCG/AA), and scheme codes (e.g., RoDTEP, ROSCTL). - Coordinate with shipping lines/airlines, forwarders, custodians (CFS/ICD/port), transporters for smooth movement and delivery. Regulatory & PGA Interface: - Handle PGAs via SWIFT (FSSAI, WPC, BIS/CRS, PQ/AQ, CDSCO, Legal Metrology, TEC, Wildlife, Textile Committee, etc.). - Liaise with Customs officers (Appraiser/Examiner/Supdt./AC/DC) for assessment, queries, adjudication, and post-clearance actions. - Manage DGFT touchpoints: IEC health checks, authorisations, EODC, e-BRC follow-through with banks. Documentation & Compliance: - Validate commercial docs: invoice, packing list, COO/CoC, test reports, insurance, BL/AWB, IGM/EGM, DO, POs, contracts, Incoterms. - Maintain audit-ready records (CBLR-2018 compliant), KYC, PoA, bonds (warehouse/in-bond/ex-bond), LUTs, and SOPs. - Drive duty optimization within the legal framework; track notifications, circulars, and policy changes.
