You have an urgent requirement for a Strategic Business Manager (SBM) at Kolhapur Location with Confidence Petroleum India Limited in the Packed Cylinder Division (PCD). **Role Overview:** As a Strategic Business Manager, you will be responsible for Channel Sales Management, Dealer Development, Distributor Development, Team Handling, and ROI Analysis. Job Description
Role Overview: As a Plant Operations Coordinator at Air Liquide, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the overall operations of the plants to ensure timely production of gas products to clients (external and internal). You will be expected to deliver the products in compliance with safety, reliability, and quality standards while achieving budget targets and deadlines. Your role will involve leading IMS Implementation at ALISG and overseeing Production & Maintenance Management. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure that plant operations & activities are as per the SOP to achieve safe, efficient, and reliable operations. - Manage the production and maintain Stock and Filling-Handling. - Prepare, analyze, and issue periodic production and performance reports. - Participate in benchmarking with other plants of similar operations methodology. - Ensure safe handling, storage, and filling of cylinders. - Perform other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time. In terms of Quality management, you will need to ensure that analysis for the finished Products as well as incoming raw material is done and meets the required level of quality. Issuing daily ITP report, checking production and quality indicators, and ensuring statistical process control will be part of your responsibilities. IMS Management Responsibilities: - Review IMS requirements for ALISG. - Conduct Gap analysis as per IMS requirements and prepare an action plan. - Prepare documents as per IMS requirements and ensure everyone follows them. - Implement IMS at ALISG with the support of HO IMS engineer. - Lead IMS steerco meet. - Ensure documentation and SOPs are followed (EIS management, MOC, SWP, etc.). Qualifications Required: - Education: Science or Engineering Graduate - Work experience: minimum 2 years in the Process industry with IMS background - Technical expertise: Basic knowledge of gas mixing principles, Key fields Knowledge of different codes of ISO, Knowledge and Knowhow specific to the job Management and behavior skills, Process knowledge, IMS and Meaning of IMS in Industry, Team management, Convincing and explanation skills for IMS needs.,
