Job Description
As an Application Senior Support Consultant, you will be responsible for resolving application support issues for our client solution. Your main responsibilities will include: - Providing technical assistance and application support to customers, showcasing deep knowledge of application environments. - Understanding contractual commitments and resolving incidents/problems within contracted SLAs. - Translating customer requirements into workarounds and solutions. - Developing and implementing technical support procedures/documentation. - Proactively delivering support services and identifying revenue generation opportunities. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.E. or equivalent degree in a relevant field. - At least 4+ years of experience working in application support. - Industry/Technology background in application implementation, maintenance, and support in any domain.
