Job Description
As a Logistics Coordinator based in Hyderabad, your role involves coordinating with the 3PL partner to ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods. You will be responsible for reviewing the transporter's TAT for delivery, negotiating FTL costs, and ensuring on-time placement of vehicles. It is essential for you to understand the documentation and compliance process, including Invoice & E-waybill in B2B sales, and have a basic understanding of cargo packaging to prevent transit damage. Your key responsibilities also include collaborating with warehouse, procurement, and sales departments to manage deliveries effectively, sharing MIS reports of daily Material dispatch & Delivery Status with internal stakeholders, and reconciling 3PL freight bills based on the rate agreement. Knowledge of SAP HANA/S4 is considered an added advantage in this role. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with insurance and 3PL partners for insurance claim settlements in case of lost or damaged goods, arrange reverse pickups with correct documentation, and collect and upload POD in the ERP system.
