We are seeking a skilled and motivated Band Zero Technician. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fabrication fitting, welding assistance, and gas valve train assembly. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality assembly and fabrication of burner systems and gas valve trains, both welded and screwed types. This role also includes responsibilities for managing hardware and consumable inventory to support smooth production operations. Responsibilities     Perform fabrication fitting tasks including cutting, grinding, and assembling metal components.     Assist in welding operations under the supervision of certified welders.     Assemble gas valve trains (both welded and screwed types) with precision and adherence to safety standards.     Support in burner assembly, ensuring correct alignment and secure fittings.     Conduct basic quality checks on assembled components to ensure compliance with specifications.     Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.     Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.     Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.     Manage inventory of Hardware and consumable items , including issuing materials as per production requirements,     maintaining accurate records, coordinating with procurement team for timely replenishment. Job Description
As an experienced Embedded Software Developer, you will be responsible for the following: - Must have a strong grasp of Embedded C, C++, Assembly Baremetal with any IDE compiler/debugger (e.g. GreenHills). - Should be proficient in VC++ application development using Microsoft Foundation Class. - Willingness to learn RISC Assembly Programming in PowerPC Architecture, installer creation, and higher-end RTOS (e.g. GHS Integrity, VxWorks, QNX). Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in Embedded Software development. - Familiarity with PowerPC architecture and RISC assembly language. - Proficiency in C, C++, Object Oriented Design (OOD). - Thorough understanding of real-time operating system (RTOS) concepts. - Self-starter with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. - Experience using SDLC management tools in a team environment (e.g. Jira, Git, etc.). Nice to have skills for this position include: - Knowledge of power systems, switchgear and regulator controls products/applications. - Experience with GreenHills Multi IDE environment. - Familiarity with Microsoft Foundation Class (MFC) would be a plus. - Exposure to Embedded Linux will be an added advantage.,

You are seeking a highly motivated Diploma Technician to join the product development team focused on food-processing automation machines. You will work across mechanical tool room operations, machine assembly, testing, basic electrical wiring, and electronic system integration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on fabrication and wants to grow in the automation and robotics domain. **Key Responsibilities** - **Mechanical Tool Room & Fabrication** - Operate conventional machines such as lathe, milling, drilling, grinding, and shaping machines. - Perform fitting, filing, tapping, drilling, and assembly of precision mechanical parts. - Assist in machining of prototype components and tool room parts. - Work with sheet-metal parts, brackets, fixtures, and custom mechanisms. - Support CNC machinists with setup, measurement, and finishing work. - **Machine Assembly & Integration** - Assemble mechanical modules for food-processing automation machines (conveyors, cutters, feeders, dispensers, heaters, actuators etc.). - Support integration of motors, sensors, pneumatic systems, and mechanical sub-assemblies. - Perform alignment, calibration, and functional checks of assembled systems. - Troubleshoot mechanical issues with guidance from engineers. - **Electrical & Electronic Work** - Carry out basic electrical wiring, termination, cable routing, and soldering. - Assist in integration of control panels, motor drivers, sensors, and automation components. - Support electrical technicians in panel assembly and testing. - Perform continuity checks, basic multi-meter diagnostics, and signal verification. - **Testing, Validation & Maintenance** - Support prototype testing and trial runs for food-processing machines. - Document test results, observations, and improvements. - Perform preventive maintenance, lubrication, tightening, and part replacement. - Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in work areas (as required for food-grade systems). **Qualification Required** - Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical & Electronics (DME / DMECH / DEEE / DECE) **Preferred Experience** - Exposure to automation, robotics, food-processing machines, or industrial equipment. - Prior work in R&D labs, prototype development, or tool room environments. - Knowledge of pneumatic systems, stepper/servo motors, and basic electronics. You are expected to have hands-on experience operating tool room machines, a good understanding of mechanical assembly and fabrication, basic knowledge of electrical circuits, sensors, and motors, as well as the ability to read engineering drawings (mechanical & wiring diagrams). Additionally, having familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measurement tools (Vernier, micrometer, dial gauge) will be beneficial.
