Ensuring compliance with ethical standards, company policies, and applicable laws will be a key focus. You will also need to concentrate on the achievement of targets, performance analysis, reporting, and enhancing market penetration. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). A minimum of 9 years of experience in branch/operations management, preferably in technology or related industries, is necessary. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills are essential. You should have a proven ability to develop business strategies and achieve targets. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities are also required. This position is full-time and permanent.
