Manage and process air freight bookings, including preparing documentation such as air waybills (AWB), invoices, and customs declarations. Monitor shipments proactively and provide timely updates to clients. Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies with air freight shipments. Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely cargo movement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international air freight regulations, customs requirements, and company policies. Enter and maintain accurate shipment data in the freight management system.
