Job Description
As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for managing UHNI to HNI clients. Your role will involve supporting 8 to 9 Relationship Managers (RMs) who are mapped to the Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) along with the clients. You will be required to physically meet clients to establish relationships and understand their banking requirements. Profiling clients and identifying their specific banking needs will be a key part of your responsibilities. Your goal will be to increase client stickiness and penetration by enabling product hooks tailored to individual client needs. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with other teams to process and resolve client-related requests efficiently. A thorough knowledge of KYC requirements for opening Current Accounts (CA) and Savings Accounts (SA) by Full-Time Residents (FTR) is essential for this role.
