Job Title: Senior Engineer Systems Engineering (ADAS / Smart Pilot) Employment Type: Fulltime Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Engineer in Systems Engineering for the Smart Pilot ADAS system who will take responsibility for the end-to-end project lifecycle from initial concept through development, testing, and full-scale deployment. The role demands ensuring timely delivery, compliance with project scope, and adherence to technical specifications, safety standards and quality benchmarks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define system specifications and architecture, lead algorithm and software development, and validate system performance against regulatory and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Define system-level specifications and architecture for ADAS/Smart Pilot features, collaborating with cross-functional teams (software, hardware, validation, vehicle integration). Lead the development of ADAS algorithms, perception/planning/control modules or system software as applicable. Plan, schedule and manage the entire project lifecycle from concept, requirement definition, design, to verification, validation, and deployment. Develop and execute test cases and validation plans; perform analysis of vehicle testing data, sensor data, system logs, and report issues; drive improvements based on test outcomes. Ensure compliance with relevant safety, regulatory, and quality standards during design, development and deployment phases. Manage vehicle network architecture and integration (e.g. CAN, Ethernet, sensor interfaces) and work with diagnostic, calibration and network tools as needed. Perform system-level risk analysis (e.g. DFMEA or equivalent), identify potential failure modes, define mitigation plans, and ensure robustness and reliability. Coordinate with stakeholders hardware, software, calibration, validation, OEMs/suppliers to ensure integration, alignment and delivery according to schedule. Prepare and maintain detailed system documentation: requirements, design specs, test plans, test reports, validation results, change logs, and compliance records. Provide leadership and mentorship (if applicable) to junior engineers; encourage best practices, code quality, verification/validation discipline and cross-functional collaboration. Required Qualifications & Skills B.E./B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or related discipline. Significant experience in automotive systems engineering particularly in ADAS, driverassist systems, sensor integration or similar vehicle-level system development. Strong understanding of vehicle network architecture (CAN, Ethernet or similar), sensor interfaces (radar, lidar, camera), ECU/software integration and vehicle-level system design. Hands-on experience in software or algorithm development (C, C++, Python or relevant languages), along with system integration and validation. Strong skills in requirement analysis, system-level architecture design, test plan creation, validation & verification, and faultanalysis / riskanalysis methodologies. Good ability to work collaboratively across disciplines software, hardware, validation, vehicle integration, suppliers and coordinate complex system development tasks. Excellent documentation skills and clarity in communication (both technical and non-technical stakeholders). Analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and take ownership of deliverables end-to-end. Preferred / Additional Qualifications Prior experience in ADAS development, sensor fusion, perception/planning/control stack, or driverassist system integration and deployment. Familiarity with automotive safety standards (e.g. functional safety, ISO 26262), V-model or Vcycle development process, and compliance / certification requirements. Experience with automotive diagnostic, calibration or validation tools; test rigs or in-vehicle testing environments; data logging and analysis. Job Description
Role Overview: As a Commissioning Engineer for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), your mission is to lead and execute comprehensive on-site commissioning, functional verification, and performance optimization of BESS control and automation systems globally. You will ensure the seamless integration and reliable operation of Battery Management Systems (BMS), Power Conversion Systems (PCS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and associated control logic, delivering safe and high-performing BESS solutions to our customers worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end functional testing and verification of BESS control logics, including BMS, PCS, and EMS. - Verify the accurate configuration and operation of PLCs, RTUs, IEDs, and associated control logic for BESS applications. - Perform comprehensive communication tests to ensure robust data exchange between all BESS components and the overarching control system using various industrial protocols. - Conduct detailed troubleshooting of complex system interdependencies across hardware, software, and communication networks. - Perform initial performance tuning and optimization of BESS control parameters to ensure optimal system response, stability, and efficiency. - Coordinate extensively with project managers, site construction teams, client representatives, and subcontractors to ensure smooth commissioning progress. - Conduct proactive risk assessments (RAMS) and implement mitigation strategies for all commissioning tasks. - Verify that BESS control and safety systems comply with relevant international and local standards (e.g., ISO/IEC, grid codes, electrical safety regulations). - Prepare detailed commissioning reports, test protocols, as-built documentation, and punch lists for BESS control and automation systems. - Provide comprehensive hands-on training and technical support to client operations and maintenance teams, ensuring their capability to operate and maintain the BESS. - Contribute to the internal knowledge base by documenting common troubleshooting scenarios, developing best practices, and proposing improvements to commissioning procedures and tools based on field experience. - Participate in cross-functional project meetings, providing crucial commissioning insights for planning and scheduling. - Liaise effectively with remote engineering teams (electrical, software, protection) for technical support and complex issue resolution. - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers of BESS components to resolve technical issues and ensure system compatibility during commissioning. - Maintain clear and concise communication with clients regarding commissioning progress, challenges, and resolutions. - Set up alarms, trends, and reports for performance monitoring and fault detection. - Analyze system data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. - Utilize Micro SCADA tools for system configuration, diagnostics, and performance tuning. - Stay updated with the latest SCADA technologies and tools relevant to BESS. - Prepare technical documentation including system architecture, configuration manuals, and user guides. - Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Automation Engineering. - 5-10 years of progressive experience in engineering and on-site commissioning of industrial automation, control systems, and power electronics, with a strong focus on utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) or large-scale renewable energy generation facilities. Experience with diverse battery chemistries (e.g., Li-ion, flow batteries) is a plus. - Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 70-80%) globally to project sites for commissioning activities. - Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.,
