Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading end-to-end HR operations across multiple road and bridge project sites in the construction sector. Your role will involve developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing recruitment and deployment of manpower, ensuring compliance with labour laws and safety standards, and managing employee relations at site and corporate levels. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end HR operations across multiple road and bridge project sites. - Develop and implement HR policies and workforce strategies tailored for construction projects. - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of manpower (staff & contract workers). - Ensure adherence to labour laws, safety standards, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.). - Build strong employee relations at site and corporate levels, managing grievance redressal and conflict resolution. - Conduct training and development programs to improve site workforce productivity. - Coordinate with project heads to assess manpower requirements and align with project deadlines. - Maintain and review HRMS data, attendance records, and employee documentation. - Prepare and present monthly HR MIS reports to management.
