Job Description
As an experienced Document Cloud Specialist, your role will involve collaborating with client business owners and technical teams to understand requirements and propose viable technical solutions. You will participate in use case discovery sessions to define workflows and solution approaches. Your responsibilities will also include configuring the e-signature/document automation application in line with client requirements, working alongside project leadership to define and deliver daily tactical objectives, and guiding clients through reviewing and validating implemented functionality. Additionally, you will support internal alignment, change management, and client enablement for the Document Cloud implementation and ensure strong communication and consensus-building with stakeholders, including senior leaders. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, data engineering, or related roles. - Strong ability to articulate technical solutions and validate architectural feasibility. - Experience integrating with Web Services and REST APIs. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and customer-facing skills. - Strong communication skills (verbal and written). - Ability to manage multiple parallel projects.
