As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have hands-on experience working in AWS Cloud environments. You should be proficient in implementing best practices for AWS workload security and operational efficiency. Your skills should include deploying greenfield AWS Cloud environments, managing AWS accounts, configuring transit gateways, and setting up user access policies and rules. Additionally, experience in on-prem to AWS Cloud migrations is desirable. Your expertise is expected in AWS SecOps, DevOps, and FinOps domains. You should have the ability to self-learn and independently execute tasks once requirements are clear. Possessing an AWS certification would be an advantage. In terms of CI/CD integration, you should be capable of integrating cloud infrastructure and automation processes with CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and configuration management. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring security and compliance by implementing cloud security best practices such as IAM policies, key management, and compliance with industry standards like HIPAA, GDPR, or SOC 2.
