Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed 3D models of automotive components using Creo - Assemble individual parts into larger systems within the software - Refine designs for manufacturability and performance using Creo's advanced tools - Create and visualize concept designs for automotive components - Utilize Creo's FEA and CFD tools to simulate stress, thermal, and dynamic conditions - Generate detailed 2D drawings with dimensions, GD&T, and annotations for manufacturing Qualifications Required: - B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Mechatronics - M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical/Mechatronics As an experienced Optical Bonding Engineer, you are expected to have 5-8 years of relevant experience in product design and development activities. You should be well-versed in implementing Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) to enhance precision and manufacturability. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting DFMEA & Design for Reliability (DFR) analysis to ensure product robustness and collaborating with suppliers for design reviews. Your role will also require driving optical component design & development, particularly for backlight modules in TFT/LCD displays, implementing optical bonding technology, and overseeing tolerance stack-up analysis for part compatibility and assembly precision.,

You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Assemble and fit parts and sub-assemblies according to technical drawings. - Inspect and test completed units to ensure they meet quality standards. - Repair or replace defective parts using appropriate tools and equipment. - Perform preventive maintenance on machines and mechanical systems. - Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and fitting of components. - Maintain tools and work area in clean and safe condition. - Adhere to company safety procedures and report any unsafe conditions. - Coordinate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications required: - Relevant experience in mechanical assembly and maintenance. - Ability to interpret technical drawings. - Proficient in using a variety of tools and equipment.
