Job Description
Role Overview: As a Pricing Optimization Specialist at Accenture, you will be responsible for configuring price quotes and optimizing pricing and profitability. You will play a crucial role in sales operations, sales enablement, and sales excellence within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing pricing strategies while effectively communicating them to stakeholders. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and finance to drive pricing optimization initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor analysis, and customer behavior. Key Responsibilities: - Domain experience in sales operations, sales enablement, sales excellence, or similar roles - Expertise in managing sales operations back office processes, tools, and technology - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field - Proven experience in pricing strategy development and implementation - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Knowledge of pricing optimization software and methodologies - Experience in pricing operations, pricing negotiations, and pricing process administration - Result-oriented leader managing teams of 20+ HC in remote and hybrid environments - Overall experience of 8+ years with 5+ years in operational excellence and process improvement, preferably in a GBS or BPO organization Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation - 7 to 11 years of relevant experience Please note that this role at Accenture may require working in rotational shifts.,
