Reporting to the Regional Director of Security Operations, you will work directly with management, the client, and other vendors to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. - Recruit, hire, and proactively manage CSMs and support their efforts in recruitment. - Oversee the site-level operation of security systems and ensure timely completion of projects and tasks. - Verify compliance with security procedures, standards, policies, and best practices. - Support regulatory, industry, and contractual audits such as ISO 27001, SAS 70, FISMA, PCI, and Common Criteria. - Manage and review security reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. - Provide detailed security management and status reports to client management and key stakeholders. - Communicate issues to client management promptly and provide recommendations for resolution. - Develop, manage, and maintain security-related processes, procedures, training, and improvement plans. - Document and improve work processes to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity. - Keep management informed of major accomplishments, issues, and concerns. - Listen to the customer and offer effective solutions to achieve their goals. - Collaborate with internal and external groups to identify issues, overcome challenges, and deliver results. - Work with other RSMs and stakeholders to create security models for maintaining a high level of accountability and consistency. - Coordinate with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. - Identify new initiatives and contribute to the long-term strategy and goals in collaboration with managers and stakeholders. - Must be at least 18 years of age. - Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., mobile phone) and transportation. - Must hold or be able to obtain a valid driver's license. - Must have the legal right to work in the country of residence. - Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English. - Must have a High School Diploma. - Bachelor's degree in Business/Management or related field and/or five years of experience in corporate security, military, or law enforcement. - Five years of documented managerial experience in security operations, service planning, or related fields. - Professional certifications preferred (CPP, PSP, etc.). - Datacenter experience is advantageous. - Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft products and security operations. - Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and interact effectively across diverse cultures. - Capable of working flexible hours, including travel and emergency response.,
