The application security engineer is responsible for ensuring that all developed or acquired software meets security standards while supporting rapid innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a global fabric sourcing strategy covering all fabric categories - Build and maintain a diversified vendor network across domestic, Asian, and global mill partners - Establish long-term strategic partnerships with key mills while maintaining flexibility for opportunistic sourcing - Manage fabric procurement for annual garment production, ensuring seamless supply to meet production timelines - Drive speed-to-market initiatives by reducing fabric lead times and implementing quick-response protocols - Oversee fabric quality control processes and establish clear quality parameters and rejection protocols - Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams to forecast fabric requirements and manage inventory levels - Achieve cost reduction targets through strategic sourcing, negotiations, and process efficiencies - Utilize data analytics and advanced Excel modeling for price benchmarking and trend analysis - Implement fabric waste reduction initiatives and optimize MOQs across the supply chain - Utilize ERP systems to track procurement metrics and generate real-time reports - Build, lead, and mentor a team of sourcing professionals - Establish clear KPIs, performance management systems, and capability development plans - Foster a culture of ownership, speed, and continuous improvement Qualification Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Textile Engineering or Degree/Diploma in Fashion Technology, Textile Design, or Apparel Production - MBA or Post-Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business Management (preferred) - 10-15 years of experience in fabric sourcing/procurement, with at least 5 years in leadership roles - Experience in fast fashion or high-volume apparel businesses - Technical expertise in fabric construction, quality parameters, and fabric testing standards - Strong negotiation skills and analytical mindset - Extensive network and relationships with mills across key sourcing hubs - Understanding of global textile trade dynamics and compliance requirements Additional Company Details: N/A,
