As a Delivery Manager at our company, you will be responsible for delivering large and complex programs within budget and schedule while ensuring high-quality solutions for UST customers. You will be responsible for the following tasks and qualifications: **Role Overview:** As an experienced Oracle Fusion professional, you will lead the support and maintenance initiatives for Oracle Fusion ERP system. Your role involves managing ongoing enhancements, ensuring smooth integration between systems, and guiding the team to deliver stable, scalable solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead daily operations for Oracle Fusion CPQ applications. - Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into system improvements. - Review functional and technical designs for system changes. - Oversee end-to-end integrations between ERP, CX, and other systems. - Manage Oracle CPQ configuration, workflows, and integration with the ERP order-to-cash flow. - Ensure accurate master data flow between ERP, CX, and CPQ. - Coordinate and follow up with implementation partners and support vendors. - Plan and execute quarterly patching, upgrades, and new releases. - Handle change requests, testing cycles, and production deployments. - Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution with minimal business impact. - Prepare and maintain documentation, user training materials, and system guides. - Provide system performance insights and improvement recommendations to leadership. **Qualification Required:** - 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle CX. - Strong understanding of core ERP modules (Finance, SCM, HCM as applicable). - Strong understanding of Oracle CX (Sales including CPQ, Service, Marketing). - Proven experience working with Oracle CPQ (configuration, approval workflows, integrations). - Practical experience designing and maintaining integrations (preferably with Oracle Integration Cloud). - Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and data mapping between systems. - Proven ability to lead technical and functional teams. - Strong communication and documentation skills. - Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate across departments.
