This position is best suited for individuals who are fluent in Telugu (Priority 1), Hindi, and have average English communication skills. The process is fundamental in nature but requires attention to detail, clarity in communication, and adherence to regulatory norms. Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or KYC verification are preferred; however, freshers who possess good communication skills and confidence on video are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Video KYC (Know Your Customer) sessions with customers over live video calls to complete identity verification. Communicate fluently in Telugu, Hindi, and English (basic level) to guide customers through the verification process. Verify customer identity documents (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN) as per organizational and regulatory guidelines. Ensure high standards of data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality during each session. Maintain a courteous, professional, and customer-centric approach throughout the interaction. Record relevant customer information and update verification status in the CRM or designated system. Report any discrepancies or red flags identified during the verification process to the supervisor or compliance team. Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of verification tasks. Achieve daily and weekly performance targets in line with the teams objectives.
