Key Responsibilities: - Design and animate compelling motion graphics for digital ads, social media, presentations, and other marketing materials. - Develop 2D animations, explainer videos, product demos, and promotional content. - Collaborate with teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas. - Edit and enhance video content, incorporating visual effects, graphics, and sound. - Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while experimenting with innovative visual styles. - Stay updated on the latest motion design trends, tools, and techniques. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality. - Assist in creating storyboards, mood boards, and design mockups for campaigns. Qualifications & Skills: - Experience: 4-5 years of professional experience in motion graphic design and animation. - Education: Bachelors degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other motion design tools. Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus. - Strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and storytelling. - Experience with sound design and video editing. - Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. - Ability to handle feedback and revisions professionally. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - A portfolio or demo reel showcasing motion graphics and animation projects.,
