As a Social Worker at Bright Future, your role will involve focusing on collaborating with schools, CBTC (Community-based Training Centre), and YDTCs (Youth Development and Training Centres) to drive the organization's programs and initiatives. By connecting education to employability from the school level, you will contribute towards realizing Bright Future's vision. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct community mapping and profiling exercises to identify key stakeholders and potential partner schools. - Design and facilitate stakeholder engagement activities based on the findings of the mapping exercise. - Organize events, sessions, and workshops for communities involving parents, youth groups, NGOs, and other stakeholders to raise awareness through the CBTC - Community Building and Training Center. - Create a pipeline of youth, adolescents, and schools, preparing a database for the program's smooth operation with the assistance of alumni and Change Leaders Stakeholders. - Mobilize youth and adolescents to ensure the expected enrollments in the programs. - Conduct follow-ups via calls or home visits with children, parents, alumni, and stakeholders to ensure regular attendance and address any issues promptly. - Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain permissions for exposure visits to facilitate the smooth implementation of programs. - Monitor Drama for Development (D4D) activities and support Change Leaders in program implementation. - Maintain documentation related to programs for input into the monitoring and evaluation system, including data on mobilization, planning, stakeholder forms, community profile forms, permission letters, meeting minutes, individual meet forms, event photographs, community event reports, and school profile forms. **Qualifications Required:** - Qualifications: Master of Social Work or Social Sciences - Years of Experience: Minimum of 1 year in community work, preferably with youth or adolescents **Additional Details:** - About areas in which there is a need to work with adult stakeholders: including identifying parents with parenting and other challenges, and educating them on possible solutions. - Skills required: Planning and event management, influencing and counseling, communication, resource mobilization, networking, documentation, basic computer skills (MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), analytical and critical thinking, leadership, problem-solving, and strong interpersonal skills.
