    Recruitment Specialist

    Job Summary

    As a Recruitment Specialist at Taggd, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end hiring for marquee clients across multiple industries (IT, Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharma, Consumer, etc.). You will own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding ensuring a high-quality, efficient, and data-driven process, while delivering exceptional candidate and client experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • FullCycle Recruitment

      • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles: job requisition, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination and closure.

      • Create and publish job advertisements across channels (job portals, social media, referrals, professional networks).

      • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline both active and passive to meet high-volume hiring mandates and diverse role requirements.

    • Candidate Screening & Assessment

      • Review applications/resumes to shortlist candidates based on required skills, experience and fit for the role.

      • Conduct initial screening (phone/video/in-person), coordinate assessments or interviews, and support evaluation and selection decisions.

      • Maintain candidate records and recruitment data, ensuring accurate tracking through the process.

    • Stakeholder & Client Coordination

      • Work with hiring managers or client stakeholders to understand job requirements, define candidate profiles and manage requisitions.

      • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment status, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.

    • Process Excellence & DataDriven Hiring

      • Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g. timetofill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) to measure performance and optimize recruitment strategies.

      • Continuously refine and improve recruitment processes sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and onboarding for efficiency and quality.

    • Candidate & EmployerBrand Experience

      • Ensure a positive, professional, and transparent experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.

      • Represent Taggds brand professionally when interacting with candidates, clients, and external networks to build employer brand credibility.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    • Previous experience (or strong internship/project background) in recruitment / talent acquisition / staffing especially fullcycle recruiting ideally across multiple industries or highvolume hiring contexts.

    • Strong sourcing skills comfortable leveraging job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and active & passive candidate sourcing strategies.

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholdermanagement skills capable of engaging with hiring managers, clients, and candidates across all levels.

    • Good organizational, timemanagement and multitasking skills capable of handling multiple open roles simultaneously while ensuring quality and speed.

    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools / databases, and recruitment metrics/reporting.

    • Datadriven mindset ability to analyse recruitment metrics and use insights to optimise sourcing and hiring strategies.

    • Adaptability to a fastpaced, dynamic environment and a commitment to delivering results with quality while adhering to defined servicelevel expectations.
