    Position: Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager
    Location: Mumbai

    Role Overview:
    The Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for driving sales through effective client presentations, building customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Make impactful field sales presentations and demonstrate thorough product and service knowledge

    • Prepare and deliver engaging pre-sales proposals to convert prospects into customers

    • Handle objections, resolve customer conflicts, and provide resolution through regular client meetings

    • Identify potential customers and nurture strong, long-term client relationships

    • Focus on HNI sales with a strong customer-centric approach

    • Provide support in booking holidays for new members and generate quality referrals

    • Achieve defined sales results and contribute to team objectives

    Required Skills:
    Field sales experience, results orientation, customer centricity, HNI sales, communication skills

    Qualification:
    B.A.
