Role Overview:
The Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for driving sales through effective client presentations, building customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make impactful field sales presentations and demonstrate thorough product and service knowledge
Prepare and deliver engaging pre-sales proposals to convert prospects into customers
Handle objections, resolve customer conflicts, and provide resolution through regular client meetings
Identify potential customers and nurture strong, long-term client relationships
Focus on HNI sales with a strong customer-centric approach
Provide support in booking holidays for new members and generate quality referrals
Achieve defined sales results and contribute to team objectives
Required Skills:
Field sales experience, results orientation, customer centricity, HNI sales, communication skills
