I BOUGHT A PAIR OF TOM SHOES FROM JOUNEYS ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO, THEY'VE ONLY BEEN WORN ABOUT 3-4 TIMES IN AN OFFICE ENVIRONMENT, THE BACK PART OF THE SHOE IS COMING APART, I CONTACTED JOURNEYS AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO DO ANYTHING TO HELP, CUSTOMER SERVICE DID NOT ATTEMPT TO HELP AT ALL. THE ONLY WAY THEY CAN HELP IS IF THE SHOE IS BRAND NEW. MOST LIKELY WONT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
