  Problem Statement Raj is23 Years Unmarried Male. He did B.E (Electric & Electronics) and PG (Thermal Power). He is very Hardworking and Sincere. He loves to swim, play cricket and Likes Electronic gadgets. He is going to join as a Assistant Manager in Power Sector . Needs a way to Constant feedback, more Practical knowledge, Family Support And Exposer for better learning Materials as he wants to Adapt & Improve, To Sustain Financially & Emotionally And To Gain Expert Domain Knowledge.   Idea -1“Mentorship Program” Thisidea has been selected for prototype using Story Board  What ?  Mentorship program for students from Industries  Why ?  Students they do not get big picture of related industry while studying  How ?  Colleges should have tie up with corporates and Industries , so that the leaders of the corporates and Industries can do carrier mentorship for the students.  Leaders can provide constant feedback to the students so that they can improve .   Idea – 2“Creativity and Innovation” This idea has not been selected for prototype  What ?  Bring Creativity & Innovation culture during study and work  Why ?  Creativity and Innovation culture will bring break-through innovation  How ?  Help Students to convert ideas into Prototype and into Product by Providing necessary Support , low cost prototype materials and good infrastructure  Tie up with NGO(s), Corporate(s) and Government to provide the necessary Support  Bring “Fail Fast and Learn from mistake” culture by providing constant feedback  Allocate 15-20 % of time for innovation  Allow students to spend time to go to Science museum , Art gallery  Encourage Student to think positive.  Send students to innovation meet-up, encourage students to participate and bring Stat-up culture  Promote feedback culture and Plan for uncertainty TheMostDisruptiveIdea 6

  Bheem , duringthe Industrial training I will work with ABC Power Ltd. for a month. Whatever I have gained theoretical knowledge in the college, I can relate with that while working. This will give me more industrial exposure. I will learn more while working with their employees. During this period I will also try to meet Mr. Ravi, who is also from our college and he is working as a General Manager in that company. He is going to Guide me. You know ABC Power Ltd. will pay stipend during that period. 10

Good you have spoken to me. Last Month we have launched the mentor ship program where Mr. Jacob from ABC Power Company will help you. Mr. Jacob is a Sr. Vice President with ABC Company and he is also an electrical engineer. 18
