The document describes two prototypes created for ideas to redesign the school-to-work transition: a mentorship program and industrial training.
The mentorship program prototype uses a storyboard to show a student getting career guidance and mentorship from an industry professional assigned through a new program between his college and company. The mentor provides resources and assigns monthly tasks to review the student's progress.
The industrial training prototype also uses a storyboard format. It depicts students applying for and going on a paid month-long training program with a partner company to gain practical experience to complement their academic learning.
Feedback is solicited on how to improve the prototypes, particularly around user interfaces for applying and tracking progress in the programs.
