Back with another celebrity recipe, here’s Janhavi Kapoor’s Low carb chila which she eats a a roti replacement. 
The recipe is very simple but it’s a wholesome meal in itself. 

Recipe:
1 cup moong dal 
1 inch ginger 
3-4 garlic 
3-4 green chillies 
1 tsp chilli powder 
1 tsp chat masala
Salt to taste 

💛 Soak moong dal for 2 hours 
💛 Blend the dal with ginger garlic green chillies along with a splash of water 
💛 Add the mentioned spices and mix well
💛 Make it into a thick chila or a thin dosa. Enjoy it as a snack or as a roti replacement

1. **Soak Moong Dal**: Soak 1 cup of yellow moong dal in water for 2-3 hours.
2. **Blend into Batter**: Drain the soaked dal and blend it with a little water to form a smooth batter and add 1 tsp salt in it.
3. **Add Spices**: add green chilli and ginger.
4. **Add Veggies**: Optionally, add finely chopped onions, green chilies, coriander, and grated carrots to the batter.
5. **Heat the Pan**: Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with oil.
