* 1 tbsp minced garlic
* 2 tsp Italian seasoning
* 1 container 0% fat cottage cheese
* 1/4 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
* 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
* Salt and pepper to taste
* 1 can or jar marinara/pasta sauce of choice
* 1/2 cup Italian shredded cheese
