Stephanie Morgan Common Sense Media More than the cars, it's the hunt that sets this show apart. The team's quest to unearth forgotten treasures across the border adds an element of excitement to each episode of Tex Mex Motors. Rated: 3/5 Jun 30, 2023 Full Review Ready Steady Cut Staff Ready Steady Cut Tex Mex Motors is a great car restoration series and worth the time investment. Some cheesy scripted moments might make you cringe a bit, but it’s all in good fun and a way to add some character to the show. Rated: 3/5 Jun 25, 2023 Full Review Joel Keller Decider While Tex Mex Motors gives us slightly douchey vibes... the show has personality, and the restorations are fun, even if they’re not too detailed. f o When are we going to finally get rid of Jaime. only wants to benefit herself and has no regard for her team. she has no expertise or real knowledge in this industry especially not enough to back up her decisions. all she does is pretend to know anything. Also id like to see some real restoration, like the building from start to finish. Not just before and after. and not allowing these cars to be wrapped? how is there any real creativity when there clearly there's a designer (andy) to show us some real stuff!! Remove the wraps and give him the freedom to create real design in restoration what the heck! That's what we want to see!! No more wraps!!! yuck!! Rated 1 out of 5 stars 12/03/24 Full Review Danny R It could be better, they could get people on the show that actually seem to know what they are doing Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 12/01/24 Full Review Dale V It's not my favorite car show but I like it. Season one is way better than season two. I'm watching for sure. Season two... well, watch the first episode and see for yourself. It's a new dynamic in leadership... Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 11/30/24 Full Review drios r They don’t buy the cars in Juárez every place they go is El Paso not Juárez. If you just notice the road signs in English when Juárez doesn’t have road signs in English. Juárez also doesn’t have El Paso trash cans, they are all over on the show. Why lie. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 11/28/24 Full Review Samuel W I like this show. The complaints against it are valid. It’s not real and it is staged and fake. But for what it is and what it means. I enjoyed my time watching this. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/27/24 Full Review Audience Member I loved Mike Coy on Fast N' Loud, so I checked out this show. Watching Jaime try to turn on him really rubbed me the wrong the way and ruined what would have been a really entertaining and fun show. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 10/28/24 Full Review Read all reviews
