Yes. To get started, startups will input their credit card info. However, you can choose whether or not to continue with a paid plan at the end of the 6-month trial by canceling before your program end date.

This trial is for qualifying startups and extends your trial from 14 days to 180 days (also provides resources like community events and events with potential partners, like VCs and accelerators).

Zendesk for Startups is redeemable for any combination of Zendesk Ticketing, Voice, Messaging, Knowledge, and Analytics products for free. Consulting services, add-ons, integrations and Zendesk Talk minutes are not included.
