When we move mindfully targeting certain areas of our bodies we can discover emotional energy we’ve built up subconsciously.

Emotions are literally ‘energy in motion’, and they need to be felt in order to move through us.

Our hips are one of these energetical areas
because they are linked to our sacral chakra - the energetic centre of our expression, sexuality, creativity, identity. Many of us hold a lot of past and present guilt, fear, worry, shame, anxiety inside and it’s our hips which house it all.
