The interior of Ninjis Shrine

The Ninjis Shrine is a simple Shrine of Light with the sole purpose of rewarding Link for reaching it. It bears a lone pathway in a void marked only by a Stone Chest.

A Rauru and Sonia Statue can be found at the end of Ninjis Shrine. By interacting with the Terminal in front of the Statue, Link can receive a Light of Blessing to cleanse the corruption of Darkness from within him.[2][3]
