Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently techniques can appear in multiple keychain phases, analysts cannot choose the phase even if they know it.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a new field to eventTag / attributeTag: keychain_phase would be one option. Alternatively we could play with the relationship label.
