While I've been trying to tick off crucial PRs to get to 3.1, I've simultaneously been creating new PRs targeting master for little faults I've discovered. Unfortunately this means that the active PR is running in the wrong direction. I would very much like to get some approvals and merges done so that things might actually look like they're progressing.
All of these pass tests and should be relatively trivial to code review.
