In the Concept Set Editor:
When looking at the concepts that were selected in the Concept Set (ie: the concept set expression) or in the included concepts tab, if you click on a concept, you will get 'Concept not found'. However, searching for a concept and clicking from those search results does lead to the 'concept detail' view.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open existing concept set with several concept items in it. In this example, we will open one from a cohort definition, by clicking 'edit' on the concept set.
- In the 'Selected Tab', clkcik on one of the concepts. Observe: Concept Not Found. Also note: there is no way to get out of the 'Concept Not Found' result, you have to close the concept set dialog.
- Also note same problem if you click on the concept from the Included Concepts tab.
- However, if you go to the Search tab and search for the concept name that resulted in Concept Not Found (from 2 or 3), you will be able to click the concept on the search results tab.
