使用update方法更新剧集后，无法完成下发下载的任务。
How To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- 将剧集数设置为0，
bgmi mark "摇曳露营△ 第三季" 0
- 调用
bgmi update "摇曳露营△ 第三季" --download命令更新
显示内容：
2024-04-23 12:26:28 INFO | marking bangumi status ...
2024-04-23 12:26:29 INFO | updating subscriptions ...
2024-04-23 12:26:29 INFO | fetching 摇曳露营△ 第三季 ...
2024-04-23 12:26:33 INFO | 摇曳露营△ 第三季 updated, episode: 3
2024-04-23 12:26:34 INFO | Add torrent into the download queue, the file will be saved at /bgmi/bangumi/摇曳露营△ 第三季/1
2024-04-23 12:26:35 INFO | Add torrent into the download queue, the file will be saved at /bgmi/bangumi/摇曳露营△ 第三季/2
2024-04-23 12:26:36 INFO | Add torrent into the download queue, the file will be saved at /bgmi/bangumi/摇曳露营△ 第三季/3
- 实际在qittorrent中并没有下载任务
值得注意的是，在使用bgmi search "摇曳露营△ 第三季" --download 却能下发下载任务。

希望能正常下载和更新剧集。
