In 5.7.6.1 it says that using :Continue in a :Repeat loop continues execution from the line immediately below the :Repeat statement.
While this is true for :Repeat-:EndRepeat loops, the execution continues from the line containing the :Until statement in a :Repeat-:Until loop.
The book primarily discusses :Repeat-:Until loops and it also says :Until in the headline.
