Expose headphone controls to GNOME/KDE via D-Bus.

A daemon that surfaces battery, noise cancellation, EQ, and other
settings through a standard D-Bus interface. Desktop environments
could integrate headphone controls into system settings panels.

Could be Python (dbus-next), Rust (zbus), or C++ (sdbus-c++).
