We check the status of the pools on a monthly basis manually, export the ones that are close to used ("Zeit fast verbraucht"), save if on a drive and share it internally.

It would be great to add the option to automatically send a mail, with a csv of all almost used pools.
What should be sent?
- primarily interesting are the almost used ones
Who should get it?
The notification itself can be simple; "here is the current status: $month $year", the CSV can look exactly like when you manually export it. Also it can be done every first day of a month.
Describe alternatives you've considered
The alternative is to do this manually, that depends on the person being there and actually doing it in time. A mail would solve this by always being on time.
