Should TDA gradients be working with hybrid functionals (or for CIS)? When I try to run them, pyscf throws an error 'AttributeError: 'TDA' object has no attribute 'Gradients''. I cannot find such a limitation in the documentation. TDA+GGAs and RPA+hybrids seem to be working fine, so it's suspicious.
