Cursor seems "Stuck" at top of the screen in new 303 automation for FLT

Title says it all

I cannot move the cursor in the FLT section, and the cursor seems to be "stuck" at the top of the screen. I can change the CUT no problem, and the cursor is where I expect it to be.
