This was an ask mainly dealing with special events that run for a day (eg. WeDigBio, Douglass Days, etc).

There has been an ask to get an hourly sense of classification counts for these program events that span a day or 2.

Project team is aware that there is a data retention policy on HourlyProjectClassificationCounts that will only hold hourly data counts up to 3 days. This is OK, but will need to be documented.
